Advancement through VIP tiers depends on activity on the platform, and tcl99 reserves the right to make the final decision on VIP tier placement.
4.3 Promotion Abuse
Attempting to collect bonuses by using multiple accounts or exploiting any system vulnerability is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, tcl99 reserves the right to cancel all bonuses and permanently close the account.
5 Prohibited Activities and Code of Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tcl99 platform:
- Engaging in fraud, deception, or any form of dishonest conduct.
